COVID-19 Update

We are continuing to monitor closely the ongoing Coronavirus outbreak. Our priority is to protect the health of our personnel, their families and their communities, while continuing to provide exceptional client service with limited disruption.

In light of the recommendations to reduce exposure wherever possible, we will eliminate both non-essential third-party access to our office and our employees’ visits to client locations until further notice. We will continue to serve the needs of our clients while reducing risk by utilizing technology such as SafeSend delivery, secure electronic file transfers, conference calling and video conferencing when appropriate. 

We will have a secure drop-off box outside our office lobby on the 5th floor for your convenience, however, there will be no pick-ups nor meetings at our office.  Your completed returns will be electronically delivered via SafeSend or mailed.  

We expect this to enable us to satisfy your expectations and business needs while adhering to safety guidelines.

Currently, existing deadlines for tax filing or payment have not been extended for either the March 16th or April 15th deadlines. The AICPA has recommended certain changes be made in order to provide relief to all taxpayers currently focused on responding to the crisis. The recommended changes include extensions of time to file tax returns, make tax payments and other relief to interest and penalty requirements.  We are continuing to monitor any developments regarding tax filing.
